Can white gold be ordered for any product in the personalized family jewelry line?

White gold can be ordered for all Celebrations of Life products. Effective February 1, 2006, all of our white gold products will have a Rhodium plating finish. Rhodium plating helps prevent tarnishing and surface scratches. However, a Rhodium finish is not impervious to the effects of everyday wear and tear and will eventually fade away over time. While Rhodium plating is not covered under warranty, a re-plating is quite inexpensive.


If a customer has another child, can they add his or her name to their personalized family jewelry item?

Some of our items allow additional names/stones. Please contact customer care at 1.800.531.5055 or email us at Info@ArtCarved.com.


What happens if the chain on my pendant breaks?

You can return the chain for a free replacement within the first 30 days from shipment of the item. After 30 days a Chain Replacement Fee will apply.

Please Note: Only send in the broken chain for replacement. Do not send back the pendant.


How do I change or cancel my personalized family jewelry order?
